Our Lady of Hope Foundation for Education and Learning
Purpose
The Our Lady of Hope Foundation for Education and Learning was
founded in 1987 on an initiative by Khalil Fattal & Fils.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to provide
financial support to under-privileged Lebanese students.
It was established by a ministerial decree issued by the Ministry
of the Interior holding the number 145/ad dated October 8, 1987. It was declared of public interest by a presidential decree
holding the number 7896 on January 30, 1996.
The Foundation aims at providing support and assistance by offering
equal educational opportunities to under-privileged individuals
aspiring to become active members in the Lebanese society.

Membership
"Active Members" (agreed upon by the Administrative
Committee) participate in the activities of the Foundation.
"Honorary Members" (individuals or companies) share in
the aims of the Foundation through financial aid or professional
assistance.
The Administrative Committee
The Administrative Committee is elected for a period
of two years by all the active members. It meets regularly to plan
activities and assign financial aid to the selected applicants.
The present committee was elected on February 5, 2003, and is composed
of the following members:
