Students who have completed a minimum of two years of
higher education in a field related to our business and who have
the appropriate qualities and character.
Selection Process & Internship Program
Interns are selected during special interviews.
The internship program covers an 8-week period of time during July
and August of each year.
After a 2-day orientation program, interns will be assigned to specific
tasks under the supervision of a coach.
Four weeks later, interns will sit for a mid-term evaluation and
are invited to a day of training.
Coaches will also be subject to an evaluation during the 8-weeks
period in order to assess their coaching skills. The best coach
in the program will be selected as a result of a special questionnaire
filled by the interns.
At the end of the internship program, special certificates are distributed
to the interns during a graduation ceremony.
Annual Internship Schedule
The launching of the program with the business units is as follows:
February - March: submittal of CV's.
March-April: interviews and selection.
July: program launch.
August: end of program.
