Clarins and the InterContinental Mzaar (Mountain Resort & Spa) collaborated to create a special spa day for visitors. Clarins experts provided complimentary facial spa sessions and free makeup looks, offering a luxurious experience for guests. The event coincided with Valentine's Day and the peak season, with the hotel fully booked with 140 rooms. Two days before the event, flyers were distributed in all rooms and the lobby. Additionally, Clarins bags with minis were placed in all rooms. A banner was also placed in the lobby to communicate about the event. Throughout the day, 40 mini facials and makeup flash sessions were conducted.

This event was not only beneficial for customers, who enjoyed the luxurious spa experience, but also helped in spreading awareness and enhancing the reputation of both Clarins and InterContinental Mzaar.
